Dankzij de centrale ligging, goede uitvalswegen en het uitstekende openbaar vervoer is bovendien alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Niet voor niets zijn wij hier meer dan twintig jaar met veel plezier blijven wonen.
’s Ochtends schijnt de zon prachtig de woonkamer in en natuurlijk ook in de fijne tuin. We hebben hier ontelbare mooie uren doorgebracht, samen met familie en vrienden tijdens gezellige barbecues en lange zomeravonden.
Onze kinderen zijn hier opgegroeid en naar school gegaan. Vriendjes en vriendinnetjes kwamen graag over de vloer en speelden urenlang in de tuin. Dankzij de royale ruimte in zowel het huis als de tuin is er altijd plek voor iedereen en zit je elkaar nooit in de weg.
Het is een heerlijk huis voor feesten, bijzondere gelegenheden en mooie momenten samen. Maar juist ook van de alledaagse dagen hebben we hier volop genoten.
Nu onze kinderen volwassen zijn en hun eigen weg zijn gegaan, is voor ons het moment gekomen om een volgende stap te zetten. Dat was geen gemakkelijke beslissing, juist omdat we het hier zo naar ons zin hebben gehad. Toch voelt het goed om ruimte te maken voor nieuwe bewoners, die hopelijk net zo veel geluk, plezier en mooie herinneringen zullen beleven in dit huis als wij hebben gedaan.

This is a lovely house, where we have lived for years with immense pleasure.
As the first residents, we have seen this place, the garden, and the neighborhood develop into a beautiful residential area with plenty of greenery. You can walk straight into the Nieuwe Driemanspolder, enjoy the cozy restaurants by the locks in Leidschendam, or go for an extensive shopping spree at the Mall of the Netherlands. Moreover, thanks to the central location, good arterial roads, and excellent public transport, everything is easily accessible. It is not without reason that we have continued to live here with great pleasure for more than twenty years.
In the morning, the sun shines beautifully into the living room and, of course, into the lovely garden as well. We have spent countless wonderful hours here, together with family and friends during cozy barbecues and long summer evenings.
Our children grew up and went to school here. Friends loved coming over and played for hours in the garden. Thanks to the generous space in both the house and the garden, there is always room for everyone, and you never get in each other's way. It is a wonderful house for parties, special occasions, and beautiful moments together. But we have also thoroughly enjoyed the everyday days here.
Now that our children are grown up and have gone their own way, the time has come for us to take the next step. That was not an easy decision, precisely because we have enjoyed ourselves so much here. Nevertheless, it feels good to make room for new residents, who will hopefully experience just as much happiness, fun, and beautiful memories in this house as we have.
